Brother's Asian Cuisine is a Chinese food spot that some say is probably the best Chinese food in Brooklyn. The food is always on point, with fresh and crunchy vegetables. The fried rice is actually fried rice and not yellow. The lo mein is always very flavorful and garlicky. The best General Tso's in the area is recommended with lo mein, made extra spicy. The chicken is not chewy mystery meat. Prices are great, even cheaper in person or on the phone. Customer service is excellent; one time a delivery issue was solved by the restaurant sending their own driver with the food kept piping hot. The delivery man with the red helmet is very kind. However, some note that special requests, like no onion, are not always followed. There is a strict policy against substituting items, such as swapping a spring roll for an egg roll, even for allergies, which some find ridiculous. Overall, it is a go-to spot for many, from Harry Potter nights to Monday Night Football.
