Worst chipotle experience so far.Staff was slow, unprepared and sluggish. Pretty normal flow no disrespect or anything of that sort but when i go in and there is not a single meat ready on a weekday and scrapping the tins for scraps for 3 orders instead of being ready for demand shows lack of experience and their prices are not low 3 bowls and a juice for 60 dollars common. step up
The service was excellent, very friendly, very supportive, Through my situation.. I'm a vegetarian. And when I came in it was like a spoonful of tofu left. But somehow the manager made it happened less than 5 minutes. I was able to have my tofu burrito, With the guacamole and the cheese Soul cream ,call, And you know I love the red source l o l. You are #1

Sofrita protein has only 8 grams of protein per serving. That is really low. Wish there were more vegetarian options or halal/kosher protein options. Grilled veggies were old and I got the last of the bottom of the container so far from fresh. I wish the drinks weren't loaded with sugar and there were healthier options. Overall the sofrita bowl left much to be desired. The place was clean and the staff was friendly.
