Cannot believe this service. This is really insane. I came here for a second time and it’s insane. I got a double chicken burrito and only got one scoop of chicken. I don’t get how. Another thing is the guy messed up wrapping my burrito and had to double wrap it. Which is more calories while I’m attempting to lose weight. Chipotle has gone down so far I cannot believe it. Double chicken payed for it and only got one scoop insane

Can’t believe this service. I asked for double chicken. They only gave me half a scoop of chicken it’s depressing because it’s so expensive. I used to be a happy chipotle customer but this location has ruined it for me. 17 $ for a half scoop of chicken is insane. Do better !

Sofrita protein has only 8 grams of protein per serving. That is really low. Wish there were more vegetarian options or halal/kosher protein options. Grilled veggies were old and I got the last of the bottom of the container so far from fresh. I wish the drinks weren't loaded with sugar and there were healthier options. Overall the sofrita bowl left much to be desired. The place was clean and the staff was friendly.

My carnitas bowl was salty and the rice was so underdone.
Worst chipotle experience so far.Staff was slow, unprepared and sluggish. Pretty normal flow no disrespect or anything of that sort but when i go in and there is not a single meat ready on a weekday and scrapping the tins for scraps for 3 orders instead of being ready for demand shows lack of experience and their prices are not low 3 bowls and a juice for 60 dollars common. step up

The service was excellent, very friendly, very supportive, Through my situation.. I'm a vegetarian. And when I came in it was like a spoonful of tofu left. But somehow the manager made it happened less than 5 minutes. I was able to have my tofu burrito, With the guacamole and the cheese Soul cream ,call, And you know I love the red source l o l. You are #1

The last three times I’ve been here the food was so salty I couldn’t even eat it. I started to pick apart the bowl maybe it’s just the chicken or maybe just the guacamole. Everything was over seasoned. After this experience I’m officially done with Chipotle. A total waste of fifteen dollars in change.

The staff lady who helped us 3 were unnecessarily rushed & asked us if all 3 are the same style of food with same ingredients... which we didn't want that way. Since all 3 of us were there in line & in front of her (not 2 others were sitting & waiting somewhere), why she bothers. I wouldn't spend $54 for 3 servings of food at any chipotle from now on.
