Really annoyed with this place. Every time I go it’s closed. The hours say that they close at 10. But they don’t. They close around 9:30-40. Y’all need to change your times!

Delicious Oreo Ice cream cake made fresh for my sons birthday. I had called and asked if they had any Oreo cakes left and they hadn’t but the owner offered to make it fresh with only needing 3 hours to be ready for pick up. Thank you so much!!! Hey if you don’t ask, you’ll never know. Now I know!

Went in because I had a buy one sundae get one free coupon from my email, showed the girls working and they responded "ooh I don't know about that i have to see" asked her boss he comes out and I show him, he says ooh you have to print it you could of used phot shop, and says I'll do it this time, point is this guy was a cheap skate had a face on about it,nobody's got time to photo shop no dam coupon, like dude get over yourself it's ice cream, location sucks.

Omg they are the nicest ppl in there, their ice cream ? is awesome , I also had them make a custom ice cream cake that came out on point chocolate on chocolate crunchies and chocolate ganache

Took my daughter there after school. Place was clean. Not too many flavor choices. Only 4 seats. A few pre-made ice cream cakes. Not the Carvel of old. That being said the prices were fair and the young lady behind the counter was very patient and helpful with my daughter. 2 stars for the establishment. 4 stars to the young lady for her treatment of my daughter. Thank you.

Today I went to carvel and pick out an 6" ice cream cake for my friend daughter birthday. It was a cute cake it had an unicorn picture with pink border. The price tag was $27.99 but she wanted to charge me $37.99. She was going to charge me $37.99 without letting me know cause I had given her my gift card. So I decided not to purchase the cake, she give me back my card and push the cake towards me telling me to put it back in the display case. I told her she better change the price before it go back in. She gave me an attitude. I would never go back to this carvel again. This would be my first time and last time going to this carvel. IF YOU DO GO TO THIS LOCATION CHECK THE PRICE BEFORE MAKING YOUR PURCHASE. I would rather drive ten minutes more for better service at a different location. I always go to carvel to get my ice cream cake my friends birthday and my kids birthday.

This is a well hidden location but worth looking for it. Store is clean, well stocked and staff is semi friendly.Ice cream is delicious! Definitely worth a visit. They have a “A” inspection rating!!!!
