I order from here at least twice a week. Food is always on point. I haven't had one meal miss the mark. I've also suggested this spot over the other Chinese food on Staten island. Delivery is pretty fast even in bad weather. Definitely worth the eats.
My wife loves the flavor of the meals here. the service is normal (the food is so good that on a busy day the phone rings by the time the staff hangs up, and there are two phones and it's on Fire (in a good way).?❤️?❤️?❤️

For over 30 years Chef Hong's has been my favorite Chinese take out restaurant for a good reason. They are constantly great. Our go to order is BBQ spare ribs, Thai pineapple fried rice, fried chicken wings and shrimp lo mein. Always fresh and delicious. The phone order process is easy and delivery is normally pretty fast.

Food was great, will be my go to for lunch when I'm at work and crave Chinese food. I had the chicken broccoli with pork fried rice and a small order of chicken lo mein and both didn't disappoint. It's very hard to find some good Chinese food on the island and I'm happy I found this one by my job.

Did great service a lil slow not the most luxurious place decent scenery a tiny bit slow on service food pretty good 5 stars for that price getting steeper ?
I was a faithfull chef Hong customer since about 6 months after they opened . all these years , thousands of dollars spent, business given .. sometimes pick up some times delivery but they knew me and my address. I came to get food today. forgot my wallet .. only had a $10 on me.. they wouldn't let me get a product for $10.50.. is said for .50 all the business for .50? she said actually $11.80 with tax.. lol I couldn't believe it. then I walked back in and found another $5$5 in my other pocket , and said we'll now I have the money but I'm not longer patronizing your business . you literally traded I have no idea how many yearssss of business for .50 or $1.80 however u c it .. my mind was blown
