As others have pointed out many of the employees here have a nasty attitude and never for a reason, especially at the pickup order counter.

This has been a go-to location for me over the last couple of years, but after the experience I had today, I will never go here again. One of the things I've always liked about this location is the employees were always very pleasant - not today. Clearly not wanting to be at work, the employee gave me ridiculously small servings of rice and beans, to the point that I had to wonder if she was messing with me; I was absolutely not going to stand for that with the meat, which is the most substantial part of the meal. When I asked for more, she said I would have to pay for double meat. I told her that the amount she gave me was MUCH less than normal, and the attitude I got in return was unacceptable to the point that i walked out. I have been to other Chipotle locations in Manhattan, as well as the one by the SI Mall, and the portions were always fairly standard. If this is a corporate decision to downsize the portions this significantly, then that is a bad decision. But the real deal breaker was the hostile attitude. See ya, Chipotle.

I ordered a wrap online since you can’t order a wrap in person and arrived 10 minutes after the order was placed as ready online. When I got there, it was not ready. I asked one of the team members for my order and she seemed annoyed and barely responded. I asked again if the order was ready and she did not give me a direct answer rather, said ok. After ten minutes, I received my order, smiled and thanked her. She ignored me and did not respond. After my daughter ate the wrap, she gradually started to feel ill; within a few hours, she had all the symptoms of food poisoning. I have been coming to this specific Chipotle for many years and have never experienced this but, my loyalty will end now. Over the past few months, this specific location has significantly changed the quality of customer service , cleanliness of the restaurant, and safety of the food. Moving forward, I will not be coming here and taking health risks.

Expect to wait no less than a half hour on line most days. This place is not fast food, placing your order at a sit-down restaurant and receiving your food is faster than here. If not waiting in the line out the door, your pickup or delivery order will be wrong about 50% of the time. Terrible because for a busy chipotle they should have much smoother operations

I always enjoy my food from here when it's done properly, I'm eating less meat nowadays. So I wish there was more than just one option, which is simply tofu. Also, I'm all for hiring people that want to work. However, basic English should be a must. It's becoming harder and harder to get your order placed and get it prepared properly; without repeating what you want multiple times and having to point at everything you want.

Last week, my child came around 7PM and a white male with glasses started harassing the employees , one heavier set white male and another skinnier one. The man was very disruptive throwing food at the younger crowd at this Chipotle location. My kid stated that the two nice men came to their help and went to remove the guy as the heavier one asked the male to leave numerous times and got verbal, cursing out my kid and the staff. After he had to be removed physically and rightfully so as he was harassing my child and a few of his friends from school. I wish I can go in and thank the men that helped my kids in this stressful situation but when I went the two men were not their after asking one of the nice female staff of the whereabouts. I hope to see them soon and thank them for the outstanding service that helped my children stay safe! Well above and beyond and a great addition to this location❤️ PS food always great
