I ordered in the store for takeout. The biggest scheme I saw was kids would walk in and take orders off the shelf. Employees aren't even looking at the pickup orders. Anyone is easily able to walk in and take as many orders as they want. I literally watched it happen.

Fresh, flavorful burritos and bowls

We’ve been occasionally ordering from Chipotle on Hylan Blvd for a few years, and the food is always fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The portions are generous, making it a good value.
Definitely recommended for classic Mexican staples at a reasonable price.

Ordering online is the WORST at this location. Customer service is terrible. The app said my order was ready for pick up at 7:50pm. Arrived at 7:53. Waited on a long line of people who were also there for “pick up”. The regular line was to the door. Complete mayhem. Mind you, the regular line replenished more than 3 times while we sat there. That’s probably 20 plus people that placed their orders and received their orders, while all of us “online pickups” are standing there still waiting. At 8:15 I had to go inside because my kids texted me and said the girl at the register was giving bad attitude and the order was not done. I asked what was going on when I got inside and of course the cashier gave attitude again. Then thankfully someone asked my name and told them to get the order together. There’s bags on the shelf for pick up. There’s a mess at the pick up counter. No manger on site. Complete chaos. Btw, our food was sitting on the counter, they never bagged it! We ate ice cold bowls and burritos. Finally got out the door at 8:30. An hour after we placed the order on the app. Never again.

Absolutely disgusting. I should have paid attention to reviews. The steak asada salad was nothing as depicted on Ads. Just a bunch of slop thrown together! $45 down the drain. And the kicker is they have the nerve to ask for tips for kids that barely work and have zero Customer Service skills and who already earn 20 something an hour…..STAY AWAY!

What's up with undeserving the portions?! Barely got any food. I get it, the shrinkflation and all but wasn't expecting it from Chipotle. The food was good, ordered the bowl, barely got half a bowl.
Also, the place needs a little scrubbing, looks greasy and unclean, unappetizing so to say.

To the pregnant server: it's good business to make eye contact with a paying customer when you speak to them and also when they speak to you. This way the customer knows they are notified that there are no sweet plantains instead of waiting around for them. Being aloof isn't cool.
It's been about a year since I had El Pollo rice and pigeon peas with pink beans and pernil. Today I found that the food isn't what it used to be, flavor-wise. I can taste green pepper in the rice and pigeon peas and in the pink beans. In the past, they've also used green pepper slices on their fried pork chops. I get that it's an automatic but it's a harsh flavor that shouldn't be repeated in multiple dishes. The pernil was ok. Portions were hearty but I couldn't take much more of the green pepper laced throughout my meal. I hated to do it but I threw it away.

Ordered a bowl on the app and received the wrong bowl. The bag showed it was for me, but the bowl inside was someone else's. Of course, I didn't realize they messed up until I made it home and opened the bag. I also used a free reward I had, so it was very disappointing to receive the wrong order. A shame.

As others have pointed out many of the employees here have a nasty attitude and never for a reason, especially at the pickup order counter.

This has been a go-to location for me over the last couple of years, but after the experience I had today, I will never go here again. One of the things I've always liked about this location is the employees were always very pleasant - not today. Clearly not wanting to be at work, the employee gave me ridiculously small servings of rice and beans, to the point that I had to wonder if she was messing with me; I was absolutely not going to stand for that with the meat, which is the most substantial part of the meal. When I asked for more, she said I would have to pay for double meat. I told her that the amount she gave me was MUCH less than normal, and the attitude I got in return was unacceptable to the point that i walked out. I have been to other Chipotle locations in Manhattan, as well as the one by the SI Mall, and the portions were always fairly standard. If this is a corporate decision to downsize the portions this significantly, then that is a bad decision. But the real deal breaker was the hostile attitude. See ya, Chipotle.
