They slow as f they always have line out the door is a clothes store or a food store ?

No fajita veggies! Every time I come to this location the don't have certain food items and you either have to wait a long time or they tell you flat out that they don't have. Most of the time it's the fajita vegetables. How can you call your Chipotles and not have fajita veggies?

Horrible. Ordered a bowl with door dash and got the completely wrong bowl. It was labeled with my name but everything inside was wrong…dinner ruined wasted my money and threw it in the garbage

Do not order online because they will get it wrong every single time.

It’d be nice if the bowl wasn’t 65% rice 20% tomatoes and 15% chicken. If you come any time before 3 you’re going to need double chicken at least. Cheapest chipotle i’ve seen on staten island.

This place is NASTY. THE food doesn't look fresh, the restaurant is dirty. The staff didn't clean the tables or sweep the floors when I visited the store. Plus, there was a girl with a dog on line waiting to place her order. I hauled ass out of the store.

Very bad food pick-up experience, the waiter is unprofessional, there are not many orders but they are chatting and cooking slowly, waiting for more than 45 minutes, the sanitation of the hall is very bad. I don't recommend this restaurant at all

Don't get me wrong the food is fine, its just the service, you guys don't communicate together, because why am I ordering a steak bowl and getting steak but getting charged for smoked brisket, why am I getting charged almost 5 extra dollars for no reason? And I didn't realize they charged me extra cuz I was in a rush. And the cover they put on my bowl was so greasy and looked like they punched it… chipotle you can do better.

I am very upset to say the least we ordered on line..I ordered chicken brown rice black beans salsa chili salsa..I know this was done on purpose I had 4 pieces of chicken A whole tray of rice and so much chili sauce I couldn't even eat it if this is what is now happening when you order on line this is shameful..I have ordered numerous times and got perfect orders that's why I believe this was deliberate..we ordered early in the day but I didn't open mine until the evening..

Such bad customer service
This girl just flipped my food upside down and gave it to Me
She was busy near the restroom with her cowerker doing something obviously personal while i was at the line a good 5 min while my food isgoing cold plus had horrible attitude
Refused to give her name and didn't really bother when I will writing a review

Just left this awful place ?. 3 ppl working only,waiting line to the entrance door, the cook looked like his on drugs (basically, not cooking) brisket, barbacoa, steak missing in action ... Floor and kitchen dirty AF. It's a shame the manager allows this situation and the franchise to allow to do business at all. Absolute worse chipotle I've ever been to. This was definitely my last visit here.

This is my favorite Chipotle location. It is usually busy. The foods for serving just keep coming out either fresh from the refrigerators or from their stoves. And this location is CLEAN!! The folks that work there are mostly young with good work ethics. Today, I forgot my debit card in the machine. The cashier at the counter located me with in the restaurant and returned my card. I could not have thanked her, Daniela, enough. Again, thank you, Daniela❣️

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs have no issues getting in and out of the restaurant, it is street level.

I got food after school and there was a line. When I went up to order my food they spoke quite quickly. I wasn't able to get a receipt but I'll definitely go back again. Honestly could have been a bit cleaner.

Samuel and Christian are the best. I was immensely impressed with their service, catering and the entire atmosphere they provided.
