Terrible and dishonest service. When I called to place my order, I was given specific prices and the employee confirmed the order. A few minutes later I called back to cancel one item, but the employee rudely told me it was impossible because it was already packed. They confirmed the order again.

When the order arrived, one item was missing — and it was NOT the item I asked to cancel. When I called to ask what happened, they told me that item was “never entered into the system,” which makes absolutely no sense since the order had been confirmed twice.

To make things worse, the final total was higher than what I was originally told. Apparently the item prices increased and they added about $3 more in taxes that were never mentioned when I placed the order.

This place is dishonest, disorganized, and has terrible customer service. I will not be ordering from here again and I do not recommend it to anyone.

The old woman is rude and ignores my Uber Eats order app that says my food is ready and my name, she says no, she doesn't have it, and talks crazy to me. She knows I can't hear or talk. She keeps me waiting for a few minutes when it says it's ready. I feel that she does that because I am Deaf and black. Don't order anything from this restaurant ever.

Super disappointed since this used to be one of my favorite restaurants. The quality of the food and ingredients has severely worsened since changing ownership. I used to LOVE their nachos and would order them frequently- now they no longer use the super melty muenster or Oaxaca cheeses, and instead use gross cheap shredded cheese. The meat portions are tiny and the variety of toppings on the nachos are nothing like they used to be. Their nachos used to be a banger and now they’re lame.Their burritos are also significantly smaller and don’t taste the same. Do they even season their meat?The last time I picked up take out they argued with me and showed sass saying that I had never placed my order. After showing them the receipt on my phone (it was their mistake) and having to wait longer since they hadn’t even started my food, they did nothing to rectify besides a half apology.I keep giving them grace hoping that I’m having one-off bad experiences, but it’s obvious that this is the new normal. This Cinderellas is different and not worth their high costs.

I received one of the saddest, sloppiest excuses for a burrito I have ever seen. Don't offer burritos if they are not going to be folded into a burrito or have enough stuffing. This sad thing was mostly a soggy tortilla sprinkled with bland grocery store shrimp. The amount of filling was like for a queasadilla.The nachos were just as sad. I suspect the cheese is the cheapest shredded store brand cheese from the grocery store. Portions of the cheese were completely unmelted. It looked like a kid put them in the microwave for a minute and threw them in a box. There was barely any meat and they no longer include sour cream or guac. Next time I crave Cinderellas I will be sure to hire a child to mess up my nachos instead.I have been here before and it was delicious. It used to be quality ingredients and generous portions. I don't know what happened but the quality went completely downhill. This is my last time ever ordering from here.
