Pizza was pretty good. The garlic knots though—would have probably tasted very good but it was as if they were marinated in oil. I squeezed one like a sponge to get like 3 tablespoons of oil out. It was an obscene amount. It was pretty unappetizing.

I always ordered from Dough and it was delicious. Since the new owners took over, I had to wait over two hours to pick up food when I was told a half hour. My order has also been wrong.

This shop has such a warm, homey feel and you can tell they truly care about every customer who walks in. It brings back that old-school pizza shop experience from 20 years ago, but with a clean, modern aesthetic and a fresh, new-school energy. The owner is incredibly hospitable and the staff all take pride in the shop and the service they provide. Thank you for a great meal and an even better experience — I’ll definitely be back.

It’s a shame when you live 1.5 miles from someplace and your food comes so cold that my chicken Marsala dinner the oil was separated from the sauce. The pizza, fried calamari and rice balls were ice cold. Everything had to be reheated in the oven but my salad was perfect temp to eat. It took an hour for delivery so it must have been in his car for 45 minutes. Haven’t order from them in over 6 months so I tried them again and no luck. It’s a real shame that there is really no good places left to eat in Staten Island anymore. We always go to Brooklyn or New Jersey to eat out.

Would love to say it was great but I can’t, I don’t know who this man was but he was so rude. Tall man with glasses. Pizza was soggy and gross. Dominos is better than this.

Marg and a Plain (to go)
My first time in this general area— as I live in Jersey.
Man lemme tell ya— I was in there maximum 10 mins. Had some small stalk with the folks at the front and was in and out in a jiffy. 10/10 from the staff. (Just simple chit-chat and I’m a huge fan of that)
Pizza was so damn good, cmon what?! If you’re thinking of goin, go. Drop everything and go.
Flakey and crisp with that nice doughy feel to it (not too doughy tho, which was awesome!)
100/10

Dough on Victory Blvd is one of my favorite restaurants. The Richmond Avenue location is horrible. The food was not good. It was a regular pizzeria. Paper plates, etc. The service was passable. Compared to Victory Blvd, the setting was atrocious. The prices were a tad less than Victory with nothing to merit the loss in quality. Go to the Victory location for a fantastic experience.

Placed a large pizza and wrap pickup order for Friday afternoon. All the wraps were delicious and presented beautifully. The pizza was great as usual! I was really impressed that everything was ready exactly on time, fresh- not sitting around. We order often from here- and I highly recommend it!!!

I came here with my boyfriend on 7/10/25 for a quick evening bite after seeing some TikTok’s about this place and it being on my list of places to try for a while. We came in and were not even greeted by the waitress (blonde middle aged woman) meanwhile she was greeting other customers. My boyfriend approached her to order since she did not come to take our order like the people sitting beside us. Yes my boyfriend has an accent, but not the kind where it is incoherent. Every time he would state what he wanted she would rudely say “huh?” And “what??” Like she didn’t understand, nod her head in a patronizing way, and look him up and down like he is an alien or from another universe. She kept looking at me up and down as well. When my boyfriend ordered our drinks, she told him “to go get it” and pointed to the fridge while I watched her bring drinks for the table next to us. The awkward encounter continued til we finished eating. When my boyfriend was paying, I asked her where is the— when she didn’t even let me finish my sentence and said RED DOOR (referring to the bathroom). On our way out, she looked me up and down again. At this point I have felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome that I asked her “what is the matter?” And she said oh nothing, I thought you were looking for something. Like what could I possibly be looking for? I don’t know if she thought we were aliens, or that we didn’t speak English (meanwhile I teach English as a career and am a NYC native who is completely fluent), but this type of treatment to paying customers is absolutely unacceptable. Safe to say we won’t patronize this business again, but if this business only wants to cater to a specific group of people, they should put a sign on the door that says that instead of treating people this way. Absolutely disgusting. Oh and the food was MID at best, which makes this experience even worse.

Not just Pizza!! We ran in for a quick slice tonight and stayed for a full dinner from bang bang shrimp and pasta to hot fried dough zeppoli!!! Delicious and the service was so attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend any night of the week!!!
We’ve been ordering pizza from this location since they opened a location closer to us. We are moving and decided our last pizza was going to from Dough. They left us a beautiful message on our box and surprised us with zeppoles. Definitely ate one of those first since they taste best when they are fresh. Thank you everyone at DOUGH! This meal will power us through our move and thanks for the delicious dough over the years

Not the pizza I loved and remembered from their smaller Todt Hill location. My family ordered delivery direct from them yesterday, we wanted the Crisera. We got the Ciro. No big deal, we call and let them know we got the wrong pie.
We got the pie we actually ordered another 40 minutes later AND they wanted the pie they gave us back. Not a fan of this policy, whether they're tossing it or putting it back on the shelf to sell by the slice, it's a waste of food.
After getting the pie we ordered, it was just underwhelming. Can't say we'll be ordering again any time soon, will probably just stick to Nonna's. Hell, Domino's might have better dough than Dough.
