The service and employees are wonderful, however it's the coffee that I dislike.
For whatever reason no matter how many times I try to get coffee, it is always and I mean *always* burnt.
They need to either set the coffee burners to a lower temperature or swap out the coffee more frequently. I work in fast food so I understand it's not always going to be up to par because it gets busy, but that's no excuse to always be getting coffee so disgustingly burnt that I can't taste any sugar or milk.

Mostly terrible. I told these idiots that I wanted a butter pecan frozen coffee and gave me a regular frozen coffee instead. Next, the old demented Indian just gave hash browns when I told them I also ordered an egg and cheese croissant. She then lied to me and said I wasn't charged so I had to show the genius my receipt. Food was mainly okay but I recommend going to a different Dunkin ⚪

Got a boston creme donut and they put it face down in the bag when i grabbed it all the chocolate was on the bottom of the bag not on the donut. Not the first time theyve done this. Never have issues with any other dunken this one its always something. Its almost worth it to drive the extra 15 min down hylan to tim hortons they value their customers.

I would give them a zero. They gave me the wrong order and to top it off they asked me to drink my coffee outside in the freezing cold when it was 10 am and no other customers in the shop. If I would of known that they were gonna do that... I would of never went there.
