Got a boston creme donut and they put it face down in the bag when i grabbed it all the chocolate was on the bottom of the bag not on the donut. Not the first time theyve done this. Never have issues with any other dunken this one its always something. Its almost worth it to drive the extra 15 min down hylan to tim hortons they value their customers.

It's the worst customer service ever. Mean, rude and unprofessional staff. They refused to redeem coupons from the app and messed up my order more than once. I don't recommend this location.

Went to this location to get my free iced coffee for National Coffee Day. I bought something with the drink like the promo stated and the girl at the register scanned my app but couldn't get it to work. Another employee came out and insisted I put my card in. I assumed he worked some magic and it wasn't going to charge, but he charged me for the drink and the food and then laughed and shrugged when I asked him why. Not a big deal in the grand scheme of life, but this was poor service and I won't be coming back here.

Girl who made my coffee was very friendly had no issue with her at all, the other lady there was rude. Asked to use the restroom and her response was “I don’t think so” when she could have simply stated it was for employees only. The young lady greeted us when we came in to order, the rude lady gave attitude immediately as if we were bothering her by actually making her work.

Does not give dogs the Puppuccino, also known as Cup For Pup. Every other Dunkin and Starbucks does this for dogs for free. Also charges more money for coffee, then any other Dunkin’ Donuts.
Used to be a nice blonde boy who would make my coffee JUST RIGHT. Was a regular for years. Haven’t been seeing him so I stopped going because the quality of my coffee is inconsistent otherwise.

I would give them a zero. They gave me the wrong order and to top it off they asked me to drink my coffee outside in the freezing cold when it was 10 am and no other customers in the shop. If I would of known that they were gonna do that... I would of never went there.
