So the coffee is good if you tell them to tweak it or fix it. Otherwise it’s bad. The bagels taste like styrofoam, not like the Dunkin bagels I used to remember as a kid. The workers should take their job more seriously and not laugh or make of customers in a different language.

Most of the employees are awesome. Especially the ones who have been there awhile. This new Sunday crew stinks. 2 Sundays in a row they messed up my snackin bacon. They give some regular bland ass bacon and when you try and tell them they look at you like you have 3 heads

Today on 8/23/24 I went in here with my daughter and I asked for avocado toast I asked was the bread toasted the man said yeah well he lied it wasn’t toasted and it was disgusting ? should of got a refund. But other than that customer service was good.
