Current management needs an uphaul. Staff looks disorganized and unprepared and this impression is after visiting more than twice over the past 3 months. I went in recently to pick up a mobile order for one hot decaf coffee. On arrival (15 minutes) it still wasn’t made and the store wasn’t understaffed or busy. The worker behind the counter looked confused when I showed him my order. Then looked around and said they ran out of decaf and also regular coffee. I had to wait another 10 minutes for something that usually takes two.
In the mean time, there was another lady on line in complaining that this particular branch is closest to her but she usually avoids it since her orders are never ready or she has to wait so long even when the store isn’t busy.
Will also say that I have never seen a supervisor on site. Maybe hire one?

I placed an online order through Seamless. I didn’t visit this Dunkin’ Donuts in person. I ordered a Large Matcha Latte and several sandwiches, but the whole order was a disaster. The latte came completely unwrapped, with no tray or holder, so the driver had no choice but to leave it on the floor because I chose Non-Contact Delivery. And I don’t blame him.
The packaging from this Dunkin’ Donuts is just awful: everything was thrown into the bag without care, no proper wrapping, nothing secured. When you take things out, they fall apart and spill everywhere.
And it’s not just this time. Many times before I ordered from this location, and the food was cold. This isn’t an accident; it’s clear they just don’t care.
Terrible service, horrible packaging, cold food every time, and now only half of a large beverage.
Never again.

Read this carefully, I was excited to try the new 9pc chptl hash brown, $4.59 and they just give me 7 pcs🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️they do their job so rush, and the lady the cashier she don’t even have patience to let you order she rush you

Donut was nice iced coffee was ok but only because the store itself felt like a furnace.
What was unacceptable and mind boggling was the extremely rude staff who would not let my 4 year old daughter use the toilet. They were dismissive and rude. I asked a second time (after I was told there was no toilet) if there was an employee toilet that my daughter could use and the other woman put her back or me and yelled quite loudly she said no toilet. I was a paying customer and was treated very harshly and it scared my daughter. To note my daughter did not need to pee until after she ate her donut and had some water. We did not go into the store to use the toilet. Unacceptable and never coming back here again.I would rate it 0 stars if possible. Anyone claiming this place is kid friendly either had different staff or is writing a fake/paidreview( to try to up the average rating). My visit to this location wa in July 16, 2025 at approx 9:30am.

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to, I usually go to the one on amboy (way better service and has a drive through btw) and thought I’d give this one a try for one, NEVER again! The floor was unsweeped and dirty, spilled coffee on the floor and some dried sticky stuff on the counter… whatever manager is there must have no idea what they’re doing to let the store be in this condition. Worker at the register was also visibly spaced out while the other guy was standing in the back.

Save yourself some time and go elsewhere.

It’s is so hot in here the a.c is not in it’s hotter in the place than it is outside and I asked the g people if they can turn it on and they said they can’t touch like the kid said he works 13 hours shifts sometimes and it’s not even about the customers like myself and children here it’s about the people who work here that can get heat exhaustion so manager person who owns it stop being a cheap asshole and turn the a.c on for your employees and customers like a normal human being instead of trash who only cares about money and yourself what a disgrace …!!!!!
