The food is good but they need better employees who can engage with courtesy, I have ask a question about the pork , if it was cook well done and the guy behind the counter was acting fresh not in a proper manner.

I go here all the time. Only good Spanish restaurant in the area. I get their beef stew and pernil SO GOOD. Definitely recommend. Everything I’ve tried from there has been 10/10 so far

Out of all the spanish restaurants on Staten Island, El Dorado is the cheapest, and I don't mean price! They NEVER fill up their containers anytime I have ever bought from them. I mean, how much does it cost to make rice, yet they don't fill up the container. Other restaurants (on Forest av, Bay St, Richmind Rd) fill their containers so much they have to push the lid down to close the container. I spoke to the employees about this in the past, but they are still skimpy today. Unbelievable.

Two drumstick with white rice and 1 soda for 19.60… I never think it would cost me that much . I can buy two order in Queens for this price…

Me and my mom went to eat here and the service is great I don't know what happened but they food use to be real good today it was horrible the rice was hard the pork (pernil)meat was dry wasn't seasoned good the plantains were hard and when I receive them they were cold and there was flies flying around being annoying and I used to order from them all the time they even had another location on morningstar road and they food was good might be a new chef but get the old one back ASAP!!!!

So I’ve been ordering from this place since they were at their original location and ever since they moved the quality has really gone down the toilet! Yesterday I order the same things I always and when the food was delivered I was missing items, my chicken was mostly bones and everything in the bags was leaking or smashed, I wasn’t even able to eat! I called the restaurant and I get the there is nothing we can do you have to call Uber, so I call Uber and Ubers says you have to call the restaurant, so now both of them lost a costumer. If you can’t run your business properly, you should just close your doors now because by the look of the reviews, you’re losing costumers by the quality and the way you treat people.

Su comida no tiene gusto para nada las habichuelas sin sal el arroz no tiene gusto. Luego te lo sirven en el plato de aluminio no tenian arroz blanco. Tener un negocio para buen servicio se necesita buenos cocineros. Luego la senora le saco la carne de el plato que lla estaba servido a mi esposo. Me muero de hambre pero no le como su comida.

Ordered Uber eats 2 times from this place, both times missing items and wrong orders. I called to try to get them to fix their mistake, and they just said to report it to the app...

Order I placed came had missing item food was dry and awful will never order here .again

I ordered 2 orders of boneless chicken chunks becuase my pregnant wife was craving it and when I went to pick up, everything was fine til I got home and looked in the bag. $45 for 2 orders of chicken chunks and 1 mofongo…w tip on a pick up order. The chicken chunks looked like there were the last pieces in the bag. It was def not enough. It looked like 1 regular order split into 2 trays. I live by the mall and I could’ve went anywhere else for Spanish food but a friend of ours recommended us this place. 20 Minutes away and we got stiffed with half portion food, we won’t be back tho.
