I miss the guys who used to run the bar because regardless, if you had a drink there or to go, they made your drink worth the price. The newerrr females here are very stinchhh if you don’t give them a tip for a to go drink, Ridiculous! Love the original guys and the one girl who used to always be there, think she had a hat on but not the new faces. Bleh !

I have been to this restaurant several times and they have really good food but the service is always horrible and I always stop going there for awhile bc of it. Today I went back after not eating there in over a year and I said to myself maybe they hired someone new and the service got better boy was I wrong. I ordered a margarita and the Birria quesadillas. I waited over 45 minutes for my quesadilla even though I was literally the only person in the entire restaurant. Usually when I went there they automatically bring you chips and salsa the bartender never brought me the chips and salsa and I just waited and waited and waited for my food she offered no apology for the extremely long wait for a quesadilla and the quesadilla wasn’t even good once I got it and usually their food is really good. I was so disappointed in the entire experience that I decided that I wasn’t going to leave a tip and I never do that bc I’m a bartender myself and I’m always a big tipper and if the service is bad then I will still tip 15% but she didn’t even deserve two cents and it was hard for me to not tip anything at all but I will not be dining in this establishment ever again if I want something from there I would probably just choose delivery. They really need to train their waitstaff on customer service because it’s THE WORSE customer service that I have ever encountered in my life and it’s always bad I never went there and had a good server/bartender.

El patron on bay st has fire eats & is open 24hrs me & me a bunch friends went they're after having a great time & feeling great ended our night great w some good eats they started us with chips & salsa we had to get more then we got into our entrees ordered some gas el pastor tacos golden crispy fries tortas buffalos wings quesadillas is on point fresh tortillas as well as all the salsas were all up to par with the spice bcus spice is life & btw they have natural juices this is the spot I highly recommend it cantttt gooo wronggggg !!! & they're art work on the wall is fire so cultural & original made feel like I was back home , pull up y'all & thank me later!!!

We had such a great experience! Our waiter Jose was super friendly and helped us figure out what to try. He recommended the tacos de lengua, I was a little unsure, but wow, they were so good! Packed with flavor and hit the spot, especially with a cold Diet Coke. Can’t wait to go back!

Food was good. Just gotta watch your receipt. They automatically charge you a service fee. Plus the waitress automatically added additional tip of $3. I didnt fight it bc its so small.

Marisela was the best bartender she attended to us and took care of use she’s awesome

I would never forget I was pregnant and they served me chicken soup with RAW CHICKEN. . . The experience was traumatizing, if your soup is not made in advance just tell customers instead of being money hungry.

The food is always absolutely amazing but their service is the worst and they always add their on tax

I still think it's the best speakeasy in New York City. It was the first authentic speakeasy in New York City when it initially debuted, and it continues to remain consistently outstanding ever since.

Good customer service very welcoming for the most part.
