I would never forget I was pregnant and they served me chicken soup with RAW CHICKEN. . . The experience was traumatizing, if your soup is not made in advance just tell customers instead of being money hungry.

The food is always absolutely amazing but their service is the worst and they always add their on tax

I still think it's the best speakeasy in New York City. It was the first authentic speakeasy in New York City when it initially debuted, and it continues to remain consistently outstanding ever since.

I ordered birria and it wasn’t what I expected. It was very tasteless and expensive for what I got, their food is usually good but this time I was very disappointed.

If you have a plant based diet, not the best place to go to late night to ensure you can buy something that they won't mess up, just ask for guacamole and chips??‍♂️

I’ve come since a little kid and have for the most part ordered the same thing. A couple of weeks ago I had ordered my usual and the waiter seem to have mixed it up. When I got my food it was not what I ordered and I brought it to her attention. She came up to me and when I explained to her what was wrong she rolled her eyes and with a nasty and rude attitude took my food and the gave me the incorrect order again. Once I explained to her in detail she accused me of not ordering my usual and that she heard me say something different. Then she took my plate and asked “ Are you going to pay for this?” In a rude voice. Finally she got the manger involved and he calmly and respectfully gave me the correct order. This is the only reason I’m giving a 1 star for the service manager saved it. The waiter was rude and after the little incident I asked her to bring me a drink she never gave it to me and only gave my friend his drink. To make it all worse when I saw the cheack I had tipped her 8$?!? (Tips are included in the check) keep in mind her service was terrible. Sad to say never comming here again.

Disgusting business owner. Came in for an order late at night and the owner chased me out with a baseball bat.
Owner refused to hand over an order that's already been paid for. Disgusting business, do not recommend. Food takes forever to make too. 0/10.

If I order a burrito I would expect the burrito to be stuffed with everything it says it comes with, I shouldn’t only have a burrito filled with steak and all the other things on the side. Pure laziness.
