African American woman there at the counter seemed very annoyed and irritated when making my sandwich not friendly at all, such a shame Jersey mikes hopefully you guys can hire people who have patience and are welcoming .

Their customer service needs improvement and the training as well because the one kid drenched the oil on the sandwich after I said light oil and didn’t bother making it again after his mistake and mind you it was on a giant sandwich so it just got really soggy which I didn’t want. Other than that they always come thru I recommend not having the noobies do the sandwiches rather put them to charge if they can’t portion control

The atmosphere in the store is amazing and everyone makes you feel welcome.The manager Kathy is amazing and the rest of the staff does great at keeping the store clean and never messes up my order .Definitely my “go to” sandwich shop
