I didn’t even get to order , but the customers service is horrible . It’s 10:15 pm I asked if they do delivery , instead of the lady saying whether you can pick up or not she says they’re closing . You close at 12 change the time. Call back and she hangs up in your face. Please ok. Pizza is not all that for you to be that rude

Underwhelming and Overpriced

I had high hopes for this place, but unfortunately, it was a letdown. The tortellini brodo was the biggest offender—the smell alone was enough to put me off. It had an unsettling, almost bathwater-like odor, and the stock was clear with little to no fat, making it taste as bland as it looked.

The cheese pie had potential, but it arrived cold. Judging by its limp, floppy texture, it was probably left sitting out too long before being delivered. The only thing with any crunch was the crust, which was decent, but that’s not enough to carry an entire pizza.

The chicken francese was just... there. Edible, sure, but far from impressive. The sauce was too watery, and the chicken itself had no real flavor. It wasn’t awful, but it wasn’t good either.

To top it all off, the zeppolis were a complete disaster—no crisp, just dense, chewy, and hard to eat. Biting into one felt like chewing on a tire. They were neither fresh nor enjoyable.

For the price, I expected way better. Two stars—one for the price point and one for the fact that the soup didn’t actually contain a dead body, even though it smelled like it might. Wouldn’t order again.

It's hit or miss with Joe & Pat's these days! With what they're now charging, it should be more hit than miss! Doesn't taste as good as it used to! Sometimes the crust is burnt! They're just NOT up to snuff these days

Parking: There's no parking, bus stop in front- you can find parking on a side street, maybe

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, not sure if the door is wide enough, a wheelchair would NOT be able to turn around in store

Joe & Pat’s Pizza is a must-visit spot in NYC for anyone who loves classic New York pizza. Their pizza is outstanding—perfectly thin crust, flavorful sauce, and just the right amount of toppings. The flavors are authentic, and every bite reminds you why NYC is known for great pizza. On top of the delicious food, the service is top-notch. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and quick, making the experience even better. Whether you’re a local or visiting, Joe & Pat’s should be on your list for an amazing pizza experience in the city!

Absolutely incredible. The “regular” pizza is delicious in its own right, but the vodka sauced pizza is downright breathtaking. This is the pizza that keeps you up at night thinking about it. I plan to order more to have shipped across the country to my home via Goldbelly, that’s how amazing it is. Staff are friendly, location is nice, this one is worth the trek.

Life long SI guy and have always stayed loyal to Joe and Pats. Just got easily the most disgusting pizza I’ve ever picked up. Asked for well done pepperoni pie, the thing was basically soup. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never order from here again

I'm stuck in a Staten Island hotel and ordered from this establishment based on their online menu.
I ordered from tbeir online price list:  10.25 + 7.95 + 9.95. = $28.15 + delivery.  I called and ordered and was charged $44.95. Outrageous bait and switch from another greedy cutthroat Staten Island  business. NEVER AGAIN from this  community favorite."
