About Hitto Ramen

Hitto Ramen is a restaurant located on Staten Island, celebrated for serving some of the best ramen in the area. The broth is deep and rich with layers of savory flavor that linger, and the boiled eggs are cooked to perfection, featuring a jelly-like yolk consistency. The appetizers are also delicious, with a $1 appetizer special that offers great value alongside any entree. While it is known for its fusion style of ramen, it is highly praised for its authenticity. The spicy tonkotsu is a standout choice, with melting pork and perfectly thick noodles. The gyoza are crisp with a light, flavorful filling, making them a solid start to the meal. The restaurant is family-friendly, treating both adults and children kindly, and it provides quick, friendly service in a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Hitto Ramen is known for its "authentic" city-style ramen, making it an excellent option for those seeking high-quality ramen close to home. The portions are fair, but some may find them on the smaller side for the price. Meals are reasonably priced, making it well worth the money. The dining experience is further enhanced by the complimentary yogurt drink served at the end of the meal. Overall, Hitto Ramen is a reliable, comforting choice for anyone wanting a warm, satisfying meal without the trek into the city.

Have only gotten it delivered and it's always been great, carefully packed and super tasty. Beyond being great ramen in general Tonkotsu has become our go to whenever we're under the weather, try it, nothing better to get over a cold

Best ramen in Staten Island!

The place is nice, a little bright for me with dozens of bare edison light bulbs hanging overhead. If they could dim them a bit, it could be nice, I think.

What I came to note is that their new xiao long baos are not soup dumplings by the same name in many places. It's a thick, steamed pork bun.
