I placed a 50 dollar order or door dash when food came to my house my side was missing only got my bucket of chicken where i order a 8pc family meal the crispy chicken was so light in color mac and cheese wasn’t even cook correct wasn’t even fully cooked tasted like it was rush n put in the microwave n not cook to the right temp . mash tasted like no butter was added n boiled in cardboard . when the dasher went back to correct the mistake the employee deny to fix he went back and to call me well there to tell them my order wasn’t correct after being passed around to two different girls . which she started the oven was out which will make sense well the mac n cheese was nasty . so which means i wouldn’t get the biscuit either not even a consideration to put something else for they mistake . sad part i use to be the store manager there so this is how i can tell it was poorly handle . this is why i dont eat there any more not the first time either the store dirty or food nasty . if it wasn’t for a kids even n last min order i would of never order .

LISTEN UP CORPORATE!!!If you care anything about profits you need to shut this place down or change the general manager. She’s rude and immensely unpleasant and unprofessional. Every single time I go to this location it never fails. Order is always always always wrong. I finally got fed up and took time to write this review. And I wouldn’t be as annoyed that I have to drive back to correct the order if this lady wasn’t so nasty. She rolled her eyes and told me no when I asked her if she could replace the mash along with the rest of the order since I had to drive back 20 minutes and everything was cold. I stopped going to this location for at least a year but decided she still can’t be running the place. Lo n behold she was still there and yes they again got my order wrong. Also,The fountain sodas are beyond flat. Tastes like water n whatever the mix is. I didn’t even go back. Im mad at myself for giving this location another chance. GET RID OF HER OR TRAIN HER Properly. It’s insane that this continues year after year. You can tell she hates her job.

Went to the drive thru and the female was nasty to begin with. While giving the order a change was made and I immediately apologized to whomever was taking the order when suddenly she very clearly and nastily says "Jesus Christ". I asked if she had just said Jesus Christ. At first she denied saying it then tried saying she was speaking to a coworker. Then when I get to the window to pay I'm instructed to pull up to the left to wait for my order to come out. When it finally came the nasty pants bringing it shoved it into my hand. The entire incident, audio and video from start to finish is on the dash cam. I can now honestly say everything that's said about the staff at that location is the absolute truth. Rude, nasty and unprofessional. Anyone that miserable shouldn't be dealing with the public. The video has been downloaded and forwarded to corporate.

I can forgive mediocre food. I can forgive slow service. I can forgive mean employees. I can forgive order inaccuracy. But when all of these things are hitting you at once, it’s hard to forgive. My gf and I chose kfc because we just wanted quick and easy food. We ordered online and went inside. The first thing I see is the employees treating customers like a nuisance. In all fairness, the customer was being annoying so I didn’t pay it much mind. Than the food took almost 30 whole minutes to come out which is not ok for fast food. We go to eat in the car and not only is the food cold and gross but we were missing French fries and biscuits on both of our orders. It turned out they didn’t have those items, so they just replaced everything with mashed potatoes and gravy without informing us beforehand. We certainly would have gone somewhere else had we known. Everything was so awful that we decided to call KFC customer service to get a refund (yes, this exists) after being tossed around by their terrible outsourced call center, and the operator asking me a ton of unnecessary and, in some cases, inappropriate questions, they finally decided to refund half of our order. Only half. KFC has been going downhill for years but this was the day I finally decided I’m done with it forever.

Update, 10/6/23 — I added a star to overall rating because I think the first day I went (Monday) had a lot to do with lack of inventory. I went back on Friday and they did have fries and biscuits this time. Still no AC in dining area though and a few tables were really messy. If half stars were an option I’d make their overall rating: 2.5 (they seem to always be understaffed—just two workers handle drive thru, online orders & food prep, so sometimes you’re standing at register waiting for a few minutes. On a positive note, the food was nice and hot.Original Post, 10/1/23 — CONS: No fries. No biscuits. (Technically, no $20 Fill Up boxes because of no fries & no biscuits.) No AC in the dining area. A fly zooming around table (but front door opens a lot, so not much can be done). No spoons/sporks (only forks). | PROS: Nice interior decor. Employee held door open for person with a cane. Substituted mashed potatoes with gravy for no fries. | FINAL THOUGHT: Those Hot & Spicy wings that Coach Prime, Shedur Sanders & Yung Miami are doing ads for are “bull junk.” KFC’s latest menu offering is more overrated than Colorado before they played Oregon. I actually put hot sauce on mine (because the only dominant flavor profile I picked up was that of a salt, tasted like a “spicy” seasoning salt from the dollar store). It should also be noted: Regarding all the basic items this KFC was missing: It was 1:30 pm in the afternoon on a weekday; you would’ve thought it was 1:30 AM on a Sunday to be devoid of so much inventory. If you decide to go here, make sure to request napkins, utensils & condiments, as they no longer automatically put it in your bag (due to a new law).

This place is a total disaster I picked up an order and person who prepared my order either ate or needed my Mac and cheese for their lunch since I was missing that item in my order, I live far from this store so coming back was definitely a trip, KFC !!! please step it up with the performance of your employees especially with this location there is a reason why they have really bad reviews

I love the new menu here at KFC the nuggets are amazing, the tenders and Mac and cheese are what got me hooked. The regular bone in chicken is alright. The drive thru service can be terrible when there's this Indian looking woman with glasses who works there. She can be dismissive and rude. She would be on the phone while I'm at the drive thru. She can also have a terrible attitude at times too. Overall I love the new menu but the service needs improvement
