A complete waste of your time and money, I advise you go some place else. I’ve given this place a few chances, and they have let me down every single time. Expect to wait over 15 minutes at times just to order, staff who has no idea how or willingness to operate, and most recently I received a $3 combo voucher from T-Mobile, where I immediately went to the store to order it, and I was informed they can’t do it and to try another day, despite getting the code minutes...read full review
When I tried to order at the drive thru window I was told the window isn’t working and I would have come inside so I went in and on my way out to my car I saw them let a man go through the drive thru no problem. This place doesn’t even take straws to give you for your drinks. I wasn’t give a straw and while waiting for my food another lady was asking for a straw and was completely ignored. It is decent inside but there was some trash on empty tables
I had an extremely frustrating experience at this KFC. I waited over maybe 40 minutes just to try to place an order, while the cashier clearly had no interest in serving customers. She spent more time talking on her phone than doing her job, even though she was wearing a work headset meant for taking orders. KFC on Forest Ave is a familiar spot for some customers who enjoyed the food and recognized the owner from a previous location. Despite some initial inventory issues and lack of AC, the food was hot and satisfying. The interior decor was nice, and there were small gestures of kindness from the staff. The Hot & Spicy wings may not live up to the hype, but the nuggets, tenders, and Mac and cheese were standout items for some. Customers appreciated that all the chicken was cooked properly and was not salty, especially during promotions. However, there were some disappointments, such as receiving only half a container of gravy, with staff explaining that was the standard amount to prevent spills, which frustrated a few visitors. The service has improved significantly over the years; previously, service was very poor, but recent visits showed notable progress, with staff being much nicer and more attentive. The drive-thru service received mixed reviews, with some finding staff dismissive and rude, but overall, the new menu offerings and the atmosphere have become better. Parking is sufficient for customers.
