I've always liked KFC chicken, but this location gives you half container of gravy. When I complained and asked for it to be filled correctly they said that's how much we put in so it doesn't spill. That was not a good answer. I waa very dissapointed.

Let's go back 3-5 years, the service of this KFC was the worst, worst I experienced in my life, they treated me super badly, they gave me something I didn't even want, they took an hour, but now let's go back to 2024, I saw a promotion and I gave it a new chance, nothing to do with that experience, the service may not be the best, but they have improved a lot and a lot
