Lucky star is one of the best Chinese restaurants in Staten Island the food is delicious. I always get the shrimp ? fried rice with three dollars extra shrimp and I mean it's delicious. If u ever pass by 271 port Richmond u gotta give it a try u won't be disappointed trust me.
For the price I'm paying I would consider the food portion to be quite good. The food is delicious even though they just recently opened. I recommend everyone who lives near here to try out the food.

Way better than #1!!! General Tso's was soft and sweet. Rice is slighty pilafy than fried but still fried. Dumplings were above adequate. Egg roll was smaller and longer (like a stout springroll). Fried chicken was also slightly above average. Would order from here again ESPECIALLY OVER #1.
