Its a nice location with good people working. No complaints really about the staff but more to the corporate office- there is no AC over there anywhere in the building. We all were suffocating slowly from lack of air and heat during +100 degrees weather . Imagine working in such conditions in past 3 days record heat with no AC , and you are the richest company in the country. I would give them a raise and REQUEST IMMEDIATELY TO FIX THIS ISSUE ,CORPORATE! t's a good business to care about well-being of your employees and customers especially in this tough economy like NOWADAYS. Burgers 🍔 and fries 🍟 - very slow, no care attitude by a few of the team members
They refuse to make the food that I had already paid for I felt on the ice because the woman refused to open the window in the most windy winter day ever really hard winter time this people make me racist I wasn’t racist when I came to America but now I understand what a disrespectful people to deal with

Kid-friendliness: The night manager is a shame. I pay with Apple Pay and she say I pick up the receipt and tried to order. Sadly I was with my partner and she speaks Spanish and talked to the assistant manager that was trying to help. Sadly the power trip over the two ended poorly and I payed for for that I never received. Just go in in the night time and see how the back operates. You will be shocked. I’m only going to review and get my money back every time. Sad to say but the practices at this location bad!

The employee here like standing around and chatting and don’t like taking orders. They will give you an attitude and dirty looks if request an order!
The order was packed with complete lack of attention. About half of the items were incorrect, and when I got home, I realized that part of my order was missing

Staff does not pay attention to detail ordered four large fries with extra sweet-and-sour sauces. Included them in my order and was OK with being charged for them yet, Received zero sauces. Staff was not helpful, very forgetful and seemed to be in a rush yet, There was no line. Now I’m eating 1000 fries with no sauces- How disappointing. And my friend got nuggets… With no sauce, no sweet-and-sour sauce, not even ketchup. who does that? I will be gaping down water to fix the parched wrath that these fries have anguished on my throat. I hope they do better and learn from this.

Placed a mobile order around 12AM and tried to pick it up from drive through, waited 20 min, noone is inside working, tried knocking on the windows, no response, like 5 other cars behind me having the same issue. Drove around to confirm noone is inside. Either someone fell asleep or left work early? Had to cancel my order in the end.
