On the good side. The manager (The Big spanish guy, I don't know his name) has such a great relationship with his staff. It's like he's their uncle. Everyone is smiling and there is no nastiness in the atmosphere. Everyone knows what it's like to have an A-Hole for a boss. On the bad side, they are often understaffed and the wait times can get ridiculous. They can't afford 2 or 3 more minimum wage employees to keep up with the crowds? Go forbid they have...

Food is generally O.K. here, if it's not freezing cold. Definitely check you bag before you leave, I'm always so aggravated by the time I get out of there that I don't bother to check and I'm usually missing something. Employees will ignore you for up to 20 mins when ordering, every time.
