Terrible service,I ask for a chicken sandwich and honestly I don’t know what they gave me cause you can’t call that a sandwich , it was just a small piece of “ chicken” all burnt with a few little pieces of lettuce and some pickles cause I ask for it to be added. The lady who took my order said the sandwich comes with lettuce , tomato and mayo , basically the bread it was all flattened,I talk to the other lady who gave me the order and then I talk to the “manager” apparently and of course she gave me an attitude so I said you know what I don’t want it just keep it and she said I can give you a refund but that’s not the point the money is not the problem ,they need to improve service and food quality urgently. Never again bye bye Mc Donald’s 👎🏻

Sitting here watching the employees hide and ignore customers. basically closing drive thru early tn and just ignore the customers like myself. Pretty sure Google says closed at 1a not 12:30

McDonald’s was never healthy but at least it was affordable. Now it’s both bad for your body and bad for your wallet. I think maybe corporate needs to check out the management at this location?
Went in today and hike working to get a DQPC meal. Piece of hair in my burger. Horrendous.

Was just there doing drive thru and they forgot my chicken nuggets ( figured this out after I drove home ) , when I called to get a refund I got an answering machine
It all started at 7:45 am when I ordered a hot caramel latte. I entered the station and was completely ignored. Finally, when the cashier saw me, she didn't have my order and I was pressured to accept an iced coffee or frappe when I ordered a hot coffee. Many times, the cashiers have a completely rude attitude and are the opposite of what the brand represents. My day was made by another coffee company, with a very attentive, happy and smiling team. I felt when I drank it at 8:26 (41 minutes after the bad experience with McDonalds) that the coffee in that other store was prepared with the best energy that they could share with me this morning.
