The orange juice machine was broken, so they offered me a coffee. But I told them I paid extra for orange juice. They said they would reimburse me. I said I'll take the coffee. They never reimbursed me. The ordering system did not print a recipe. And the order number disappeared before I could see it. Everything is just broken.

It was better before the up grade. Now, it's worse. Smaller, limited space. The food is terrible. No where near the pictures shown. Flat burgers all sizes. Fries, shoe string? Terrible, were is the potato? Milk shake, is watery, it's just commercial. I can name at least 3 places where fast food is better, Burger King, Wendy's, and even the menu is better at White Castle. The service at least is organized at the other fast food mentioned. This is a social gathering instead of tending to the customers. Counter person even dropped my change. What a disaster and disappointment. They may be popular, don't believe the hype. It's a great deception. If I could give it a zero, would be better than the One rating they don't deserve. Never again.
