This Melt Shop is in the SI mall so i didn’t necessarily have big hopes but the burger was delicious. It was juicy, the burger sauce was a nice addition and extra pickles was the kicker. Would eat this burger again.

Friendly service, excellent food! As soon as I placed my order, I watched the staff make my food. My grilled cheese was perfect! Not greasy at all. Crispy and gooey on the inside. Super tasty dipped in the tomato soup. I would highly recommend the grilled cheese and tomato soup!

Their beyond burger was great would get it again, the only annoying thing is they ran out of ketchup. The decent thing to do is to mention that when people are ordering fries or tater tots. I only found out once I went to the pickup and saw the no ketchup sign. Thought oh maybe I need to ask and they don't keep it out, went to the guy who I ordered from and he was like oh no we ran out.

Good food usually. I collect point on the Melt shop app for treats. Staff is nice but does not seem to go out of their way to offer specials or to mention new meals. I am trying the new chicken Cesar sandwich. It's just ok. Chicken seems like rubber I hope they can correct that. but I will try something different next time. I give places more chances. You never know what they will have that's great. Don't give up.

The food was delicious and served hot. The order was correct and the workers were nice and courteous. The prices were within range. I had the vegan melt and my wife had a bacon cheese melt.

I bought a double bacon cheeseburger with parmesan cheese fries. The burger had no flavor and the fries had no taste. I will never go back.

The food was over priced and grecy and they put two different kinds of cheese on the burgers. For 2 double cheese burgers and 2 small sodas i paid $28 thats a joke. Customer service was good. I will never go back there again
We have been ordering from this place for a while and every time the food was exceptionally fresh and delicious. The last time we ordered through GrubHub and when the order came it was missing fries. I contacted the store at SI mall and spoke to Angelo who was very accommodating, promising to give me a free item next time I order. Of course I was bummed for not having my fries fix but was understanding and looked forward to seeing if I would actually get what was promised. Today visited the mall and stopped by the melt shop. Not only was Angelo professional and super nice by giving me a free salad but we were also offered a free burger melt which was delicious. The salad was fresh and satisfying Very pleased with their service and definitely will be back soon P.S...Suggest getting their app, it has plenty of perks and rewards point system

For a chain this place makes pretty good food! I went with their crispy BBQ chicken on a bun which had bacon, pickles, mayo and a tangy BBQ sauce. The sandwich itself tasted great especially with what seems to be a martins potato bun. Every component was fresh. My only slight gripe was I wish the piece of chicken was a bit bigger as the overall sandwich was kinda small for the price. I had no issues with the tots. Other Pepe have but I got them plain and they were fine. A sandwich, tots, and a drink came to damn near $17.
