Good food with good selection.
Delicious food. The melted burger was phenomenally cooked which had me wishing I had ordered two. Great spot in the mall food court
Melt Shop at the Staten Island Mall Food Court on April 7, 2026. Ordered 2 Kids Grilled Cheese Meals that were supposed to come with Tots, the Grilled Cheese and a drink. Tots were substituted with fries without asking me first. Not good customer service when you change items you're expecting to receive without consent from the paying customer.
