Disappointed with the Thanksgiving decorated sugar cookies. Purchased 6 of them the day before Thanksgiving and they were unfortunately hard as a rock. Really disappointed as they were gifts for children we were visiting with. When you buy them, best to ask when they were baked.

Someone donated a Halloween cake to a school cake sale in Manhattan. It was sooo pretty, that I bought the whole cake for my grandson. Not only did it look great, the taste was awesome!

They looked stunning, with every detail exactly as we envisioned, and were delivered on time as promised. I had bought the key lime pie this past wknd and was actually one of the worst key lime pies I have had. It was all just whipped cream but must have put key lime flavoring in it. Extremely tart. Recipe needs to change.
Great customer service and as a repeat customer (we order at least 3x a year) it is great to see consistency in flavor, pricing and value. Their vanilla with white chocolate chip moose is a family/friend favorite and I hope to be able to give this to my family for generations to come.

I bought an Apple pie and a Pecan Tart and found mold on both of the pastries. I went right away to return them and ask for an exchange. The woman told me I must have gotten pastries that were a couple of days old. I did not once receive an apology, if anything, after I left, I said thank you and the woman said you are welcome like she did me a favor! I am disappointed at the customer service. I want to fix things in person and not resort to writing a review as I had not had a bad experience previously. Hopefully staff is trained to better deal with these situations.

Nothing short of perfect! Absolutely loved my daughter’s 1st birthday cake inside and out. Cupcakes were absolutely perfect too none to spare. Love mother mousse they never disappoint.

Hi. Just wanted to let any diabetics know that the Bakery, Mother Mousse, is unable to provide information about the amount of carbs in a cupcake. My diabetic student was part of a class party for her birthday month and the response from Mother Mousse was "maybe a diabetic shouldn't be having a cupcake".So the school nurse had to look a child in the eye and tell her she couldn't have a cupcake because Mother Mousse couldn't provide the number of carbs.They said they're a small business and aren't able to provide nutritional or carb components. Also, they're not a nut free facility. Just a PSA!

After buying a cake recently, which was delicious, I regret to say that I will no longer be returning to this Bakery or recommending it to others due to the unacceptable customer service. The staff's rude and unprofessional behavior is something that I cannot overlook when I am investing my hard-earned money, especially with the many other competing bakeries on the Island.
