Highly recommend Mother Mousse for all pastry needs!! We always get there cakes for every occasion because they're delicious and there's not a ton of sugar in their products!! We ordered a custom cake for our son and it was amazing!!! They're fondant is definitely as described, thin and not sugary!!! It's definitely edible with NO BAD aftertaste!! Love their mousse cakes and Irish Soda Bread. When we travel off Staten Island, our hosts ask us to bring Mother Mousse to their place for dessert. Their Irish Soda Bread has great taste and does not fall apart like others. I can slice it thin and it does not break apart.
