The service was attentive and food is excellent. It’s cozy and just a relaxing atmosphere.

Was having such a bad time (the flu + spring allergies) and I got the chicken ramen with extra woodear mushrooms and they gave me FREE ice cream 🥺

The chicken ramen is super good! Their broth isn't super salty like other places, and it's the perfect amount of broth to ingredients ratio. The soy egg was DIVINE, and the hibachi rice wasn't dry at all. All that for like $23 🫡⭐️

Eh I wasn’t impressed, there are way better tasting sushi places here in SI. Their prices are too high for the sushi grade. Parking is also very inconvenient as there is barely any parking in a very congested area. I would not come back again

Their decor is cute inside so I give the stars to that.

The service is disgusting because I said the 30 minutes and one of my food is gonna come in 40 minutes and then I called them in 30 minutes and they said your order is gonna be only in 40 minutes And then the manager said that you will never even eat here again, and the manager is really greedy and the staff knows no English and it’s not trained the world do not recommend horrible experience and will never come here again

Hello I did not rate the atmosphere because I have never been there in person. Have only ordered delivery but been very happy! Quality, fresh, delicious and traditional Japanese food. Especially impressive is their excellent customer service, very warm and friendly. Not only do they pack so so nicely, every order comes w chopsticks, fork, full size napkin, tiny soy sauce tray, and the "good" low sodium soy sauce for sushi. Even better yet, if you ask for a slight extras like ginger or wasabi they never forget. This is definitely my new favorite place and I've never been disappointed ordering from here. Give it a try! I feel like a very spoiled and happy customer...??. In addition I am disabled and they always bring the order right up my steps. Love these people.

Bad customer service, bad experience

In fact, I would give it 3.7 out of 5 stars. The ramen is very tasty, the sushi is fresh, we hade Sushi Deluxe... The octopus was like rubber...Overcooked....A place where you can eat - yes, but if you go on a date, I don't recommend it. The service is so-so. They didn't give us any plates, and they don't give us any extra napkins unless you ask for them. In general, they don't reach 4 stars. But the ramen is really tasty, I recommend it.

The Pork Katsu was dry, the Siu Mai was bad and the waiter wouldn't accept payment unless it was $15 yet, someone else paid $12 with the same method. They will scam you!!
