Without a doubt the very best bacon,cheese,egg,croissant I've had anywhere on Staten Island. Even though the Advance listed them,they had never been there. So the article did not include they make their own syrups,age the cold brew in a special way, or that the owner Pierre is extremely knowledgeable about coffee. I loved this place,the latte I had was smooth,great taste. If you are a coffee lover,and one who appreciates good food and ambiance DO NOT MISS THIS .
Just had a strange experience. Wanted to get a vegetable omelette with whatever vegetables they had available. They don’t have it on the menu but they can make it, if you ask. This time they only had spinach, which was ok, I guess. When I got it, for some reason the spinach was completely raw between two sides of a cheese omelette. A little strange but good.
