Horrible customer service
Nasty attitude people who work there hate their job, we called to check on our order, they just hang up on us After saying there was only one driver. It took over one hour and 30 minutes to deliver the food. Miserable people.

I waited an hour for my delivery. When I called to check the status, I found out they canceled it because they didn’t have the ingredients. They didn’t call or text to let me know!!!!! that's nonsense!!

Hi, I placed a delivery order and never received it. The tracker showed “out for delivery” for over an hour, and then suddenly said “delivered.” I called and was told by an employee (Fernando) that the driver claimed to have left the order on my porch and called me but I have security camera footage and phone logs confirming no delivery was made and no call was received.

I requested a refund during the call but haven’t received any confirmation yet. Please process a full refund.

This was my first time ordering delivery from this Papa John’s and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience never again ordering from here!

Rude employee , a man Asian looking was very rude, I’m actually a common costumer and won’t be coming back since this worker was very rude and offensive.

Good first impression as the pizza was ready for pick up when I got there. As I was walking out the door I decided to check and make sure they put on the right topping. I didn't see any so I headed back to the counter. Told them my observation and was told that the bacon was there but they use very small pieces. Lol and behold I did manage to see 2 or 3 small pieces on the entire pie. Long story short they weren't going to make things right and my doctor told me I needed to avoid situations that elevate my blood pressure. It didn't help that the market was doing so poorly. I did manage to get 25 percent of my online order so that covered for the loss of the bacon and the pizza was halfway decent (I'm being generous). I've attached a picture so can judge for yourself whether or not this should be described as a bacon topped pizza.

Not only they gave me a shitty heart pizza it was burnt and the worker said its supposed to be like that because it was a heart shape. If thats how it was supposed to be then put burnt heart pizza on the menu. Also the delivery driver dropped my buffalo wings. I opened the door and he was trying to collect the wings back in the box, I feel like if i didnt come on time he would d have just gave me the wings and not say nothing about it. I called back. They told me they will give me the refund. They never did and they started avoiding me. I love pappa johns but this location is horrible all the workers here are lazy and dont wanna work there go look for another job somewhere else.

Gave me a raw pizza. Called trying to get a refund and the man had a bad attitude saying “I don’t know that it’s raw and I don’t believe you because I made it”. Demanded I drive back for a refund. Mind you it’s freezing and I don’t think they’re gonna compensate me for the gas. So no. What I’m stretching in the picture is raw dough, not cheese. The pizza has one of the worst gum lines (raw on top, cooked on the bottom) I have ever seen. Not interested in getting food poisoning so I will no longer be ordering from this establishment. I suggest you do the same.
