Waited almost two hours for my pizza to come cold on top of that they are saying i ordered with bbq and i didn’t. I’m telling them it was possibly a technical issue on the website . And cherry on top is the supervisor Omar being racist and assuming i speak Spanish saying “oh your last name is Alvarez you speak Spanish”. He said it wasn’t his Problem and he can’t send another pizza or even isssue me a refund their customer skills are terrible i hope this places closes down .

The driver must have been driving crazy or threw my pizza on my stoop in a hurry because my pizza came shoved to one side, basically almost folded. It was unacceptable. Fortunately they made more and sent it with no charge.

This review is specifically about Tyreek. I ordered for carry out around midnight and when I arrived he was single handedly holding down the fort. Tyreek was taking orders, making pizzas, and boxing orders all while effectively communicating to all the customers who were there. He gave accurate updates to everyone who was waiting and never missed a beat. The store should do better to get him some help but shoutout to Tyreek for doing your thing.

I want to think Fernando personally the manager…. he escalated my situation without hesitation he is amazing he deserves his position amazing service and my food was still hot

Older guy got annoyed with me for standing there when I wanted to place an order. He raises his voice at me and says to get out and order online because they have too many orders. I did not end up buying any food here

It has gotten better. It’s not just one person handling all the orders. There was one guy making the pies and a pleasant young lady getting all the orders boxed and ready. The pizza was Made on time and was quite good.

LEGIT stole my food and my $$$$ DO NOT ORDER here ! I called asking for my food, said door dasher took a picture and left even though my order required a PIN........... Food never arrived
