Older guy got annoyed with me for standing there when I wanted to place an order. He raises his voice at me and says to get out and order online because they have too many orders. I did not end up buying any food here

It has gotten better. It’s not just one person handling all the orders. There was one guy making the pies and a pleasant young lady getting all the orders boxed and ready. The pizza was Made on time and was quite good.

Gave me food poisoning they are nasty, and this is not the first time this happened
tell me how i order and wait over and hour an 40 minutes for my order just for them to tell me they got the wrong address then he take about 5 minutes to come to me, so im getting ready to pay cash and tell me how they send there delivery guy with no change so i could get my pizza suck when your hungry on a sunday trying to enjoy a football game terrible service

Had made an order online at 445p to pick up at 6 never been to this location. This location is understaffed so my order wasn't ready so I waited to be asked for help. Once asked like 5 minutes told them I ordered and paid online they didn't even start the order had to wait. Mean while they talked about another employee messing up an order, customer came told to wait got her order then another customer came in almost messed up his order forgot to give him something. Took them 20 minutes to finish my order was there a total of 25-30 minutes when I ordered at 445 to pick up for 6 and got it at 625-630 total disappointment. Not ordering anything from Papa John's again not worth the wait Pizza wasn't good. Customer service needs improvement.

I went to order Pizza from this location . Marisha or Marisa was my server’s name. She was making pizza with her bare hands, no gloves . I assumed her hands were cleaned and didn’t let it bother me . About 5 minutes after , my pizza was ready, she came to take my cash payments with her bare hands , gave me change from the register and went back to making pizza with the same hands. I couldn’t believe it . How could you hold money with your hands and touch people food? Disgusting!!
