I’ve made it my business to study the way door dash orders and regular orders are prepared and I’ve noticed something very disturbing. When I order on Door Dash they don’t follow the instructions that they ask when you’re ordering your food. They will give options on how I like my food, I choose them and they do what they want and also they NEVER seal my food shut. When I order straight from them they follow all instructions and seal the food with no problem. I want to know if there’s a problem when Door Dash orders and if so WHY ALLOW DOOR DASH ORDERS IN THE FIRST PLACE! I’ve called to make sure my order was correct on door dash, was told it’ll be fine and it still came messed up without a seal. Can someone please explain this to me? If not I will be reaching out to BBB and it always get these companies together PRONTO!

I ordered two boxes of pizzas one of the boxes of pizza crust was hard as a rock and molded. I hope to God I don’t get food poisoning from this because I ate out the first box and didn’t notice if there was mold until I noticed the second box of pizza crust was hard as a rock. I will never order out again I will from now on only cook my own food I’m disgusted that they would sell molded pizza to a customer and I spent $21.00 I’m beyond disappointed

Honestly ..ordered the cheese sticks it wasn’t bad but they gave me half a cup of marinara for an entire pie of cheese sticks let’s be fr…Ordered boneless with hot lemon pepper sauce, Sauce is spicy I like and chicken seems to be cooked unfortunately the blue cheese they gave me was The color green. Out of all my years of ordering out I’ve never received GREEN blue cheese yuck . I’m pregnant and I’m definitely glad I double checked before consuming the sauce..it’s truly unfortunate but ??♀️

I hate to diminish accolades without detailed severe trauma or memorable yet unfavorable experience. I couldn't give them a perfect scoring because it's going on a full year that I've been patronizing location, and they're ALWAYS short staffed, over booked, and I'd assume underpaid. Familiar faces that are always friendly despite their workload is what redeems restaurant and it's service overall.

The delivery person lied and refused to deliver me my order, because he said this area is dangerous, but it is not and security guard is here. He is crazy!! I'm going to contact the headquarter. I think he wants free foods, but I didn't use my debit card to pay because I was gonna pay him with cash and a good tip. That's his loss!Bruney Brown is an amazing delivery person because he would deliver to me in this building without a problem.
African American guy with glasses gave a completely rude experience during the nightshift. 12:45 am. Picking up an order for Uber. Completely disregarded at first because he knew I was coming in for Uber. Then openly gave me an attitude in front of everyone. Really aggressive and offensive comments. THIS SHOULD GO TO CORPORATE TO GET HIM FIRED! you don’t treat the working class like that. If you don’t like your job DO NOT work there. have someone from this store do something about it!!
