We called this place and placed a large order at 6pm- they took and we paid by credit card: they never showed after a 30 minutes; we called and they told us they had computers down and couldn't complete the order. They could not provide us with a time frame OR if our order was even in for cooking or CLOSE TO OUR DOR DELIVERY!! After an hour and 5 minutes, we called several times and they DID NOT ANSWER! They have called ID AND THEY HAVE CALLER ID. They dodged us. They got their payment and we never got a call back or had our call answered!!! They are a disgrace and famous for using language barriers as reasons for not being professional! Downright thieves and liars and never offered anything to rectify the matter the DAY AFTER WHEN WE CALLED BACK! We now have to dispute the credit card charge because they are inadequate and they charged the credit card ! Disgraceful!!! Never use them!!!

There are those who care. Then you have those who don’t. Tried to call in an order and they tried to make the order difficult. When I went to pick up my order, it was not ready. Also, I tried to order breaded chicken and they said they did not have any. When I showed the girl that it was on the menu, she pointed at the owner and shrugged and said she said no Not very welcoming the food was nothing special

This place is clean! I have dined in I have ordered take out and I had delivery. They customize orders to make all their soups vegetarian. The soups always taste amazing and fresh! They use high quality ingredients! Obsessed with this place since my first pregnancy!

I had the boneless spareribs combination platter ! Ok where do I start the spare ribs were disgusting and dry over burnt ! I felt like I was eating old meat ! Everything about that combination dish was nasty the rice was dry the egg roll was nothing to talk all full of cabbage nasty ! I even told the person at the register I mean, she apologized, but it would be nice if I got a refund or perhaps a new combo platter ! Never going to return to this place again nasty !

Ordered both sweet and sour and wonton egg drop. Could not eat either. The broth was a thick gelatin like substance. The included noodles were stale and the egg roll were soft. Mei Fun tasteless. Going back to Kim's on Main St.
