I order 12 pc classic chicken meal,they didn’t ask me anything about it,when i go home ,i find there was 3pc breast,1 wing, 8 legs, 0 thighs,I never come back again !!!

On the site it shows that this location is still open but the doors were locked and the manager and staff looked at us as if we were supposed to be here waiting. However ,we did a mobile order, went to the drive thru and no one acknowledged that we were there after 3 mins of waiting. We then went to the window and they all were just looking at us. We had someone else come and took care of him right away and he got his food and everything. I expressed to the team member that is not okay and he laughed in my face.

First off we waited at least 20 extra minutes for our food. Everything was bad and half the size it’s supposed to be. The tenders were thin. The fries were half way frozen. The beans and rice were uncooked… VISIBLY.. there was no way the person who packed the rice did not see how OFF it looked. We called and they asked us to come back? Come back and wait another 20 mins for uncooked food? We were denied a refund. Waste of $50 and time.
