Came for the English Tea service. I was not disappointed. Lovely desserts and tasty sandwiches. Highly recommend the Lavender Milk Tea. Delish. Staff was great.

I had an issue with the food that was resolved wonderfully by the staff members. My katsu chicken sandwich, in which I thought was undercooked since it looked a bit pink and clear, was replaced with a new one, fried a bit longer, with an explanation from the manager about the situation. Turns out it was fully cooked just it didn't seem like it as it was only fried to a certain extent due to customers common preference of the chicken crispness. WOULD LOVE TO COME BACK HERE. Would say it a great place to do work since you can have a little snack at the same time.

Stopped by on a rainy weekday afternoon for a spot of tea. We were greeted and seated right away at one of the banquettes seats. Its very lush in there but alas it's all faux. It's $55 for two people. Choice of teas are per person and they can refill the pot once. Yea came out promptly, shortly followed by the tower. Lower tier were little sandwiches (tuna, salmon, deviled egg, cucumber, and pastrami) middle tier was occupied by scones, cream, and jam. Finally, the top tier held the sweeties (a taste of the green tea mille, fruit tarts, and macarons). I like this location of PTH as well as the Bensonhurst location. Would return to either one on off days when it's not too crowded.

Prince tea house is a nice place for hanging out with friends. The seating is great and the decor is really pretty. For me, the food and desserts are okay at best. I feel like some drinks are pretty good, but everything else need some improvement. The aesthetics are really nice, but most of the time I feel like I'm here for an average time. The location in Brooklyn to me is a bit better in terms of quality of food and drinks, I would recommend going there instead. I also remember not tipping this one time and the staff kept pushing me to tip and would criticize me for it. I probably won't come here unless they fix those 2 main issues which is very doable.

I've been to other Prince Tea House locations before. I went to this place for the first time and tried the fried fish sandwich and mango crepe cake and they were delicious. The server is also friendly and their service is fast.

Stopped by this gem after dinner for some desserts on New Dorp and it was delicious! We ordered the purple yam crepe cake, trio combo, molten lava cake, and a pot of tea (forgot the name but it was yummy). Service was good and the atmosphere was a plus. The decor was very cute; definitely recommend as a place to hangout with friends.

Need a new Instagram picture? This is the place for you. Want to actually have decent food for your money? Go elsewhere. Service and food were terrible. We ordered a mango slushee which tasted like nothing. Their desserts seemed to be out of a box from Costco. Would not recommend.

I love this place!! One of my favorite places to go to. The staff is friendly and it has a great environment. The crepe cake is really amazing and the purple yam soufflé. Would definitely come back and tell all my friends about it.

This place is such a hidden gem. You walk in and you’re transported into a time we’re things were classy. The afternoon tea is easily the best option they have. You get delicious bite sized foods and get to choose your own tea. The tea comes in a teapot that matches the cup. It’s so quaint and cute! They also offer birthday parties. I highly recommend!

Amazing tea and food. We had the rose lovers milk tea (favorite) with smoked salmon sandwich and cheesecake for dessert. So delicious! I frequent the prince tea houses in queens but this was my first visit to one in Staten Island and I must say I had an enjoyable time today! Prince tea house never disappoints. Thank you!
