Stopped by on a rainy weekday afternoon for a spot of tea. We were greeted and seated right away at one of the banquettes seats. Its very lush in there but alas it's all faux. It's $55 for two people. Choice of teas are per person and they can refill the pot once. Yea came out promptly, shortly followed by the tower. I've been to other Prince Tea House locations before. I went to this place for the first time and tried the fried fish sandwich and mango crepe cake and they were delicious. The server is also friendly and their service is fast.

I had an issue with the food that was resolved wonderfully by the staff members. My katsu chicken sandwich, in which I thought was undercooked since it looked a bit pink and clear, was replaced with a new one, fried a bit longer, with an explanation from the manager about the situation.
