My husband and I went to SIU Kitchen for the first time today. The food is excellent. We had their Coconut Chicken broth for our hotpot, (as I don’t like spicy foods), which was delicious. We also ordered some shrimp for the hotpot, which were HUGE, and tasted very fresh. There is also free parking behind the restaurant which is an additional plus.
I highly recommend this restaurant.
