QDOBA Mexican Eats

Just did a catering order for a family party, and I have to say the service was spectacular. Not only was the food awesome, but the food came on time with excellent customer service by the new management. We were greeted by the new manager with our order, respectfully, and everything was perfect. The food was perfect for our party and it was a big hit. Thank you so much for making our night!! Definitely a huge positive change in service over the last few years from this Qdoba location. We will be ordering again!!

I must say it was very warming to walk in and be greeted with such respect. As I walked through the line the workers were very polite and focused on me and family getting our orders to perfection.
After getting to register The Management was making sure we were happy with our service. It is hard to find places like this anymore. Food was 10/10 definitely would recommend going to Totenville location

Kid-friendliness: I use to go in grab my food and leave. Now the establishment is warm welcoming CLEAN my family has dined in 2 times last two weeks both times was great You can see the Manager makes it a point to interact with customers great atmosphere.

Bad service, and if they could get the order right, it still wouldn't make the food any better. I've gone to other qdoba locations that would put this one out of business. The first time I ordered here was by Uber delivery. They forgot a whole bowl from the 3 bowls that were ordered. This time around, I realized that I shouldn't go back for a third time. I ordered pick up through Uber at 5:30. Went in to the store to pick up my order, which only had 2 customers at the time, and my order was not ready. I was told it was just then being made. So I stepped out to the walgreens around the way, and when I came back, it still wasn't ready. I was then told the receipt didn't print properly and that they needed to print a new one. Finally, my order was ready a little after 6, and before I left the store, I checked all 3 bowls that I ordered. 2 of them were missing items, and I was never asked to substitute, let alone told that they weren't added. When I asked if they could be added to the bowls, the young man was sweeping the floor. He told me they were of the corn I asked for and offered me a different corn and then added the tortilla chips to the other bowl with the same dirty gloves he was using to sweep the floor. When coming home from working in the city to the far end of the island, the last thing I want to do is ask for a manager, let alone argue about why this could have gone differently. So, in this case, I will not be returning, and I'll just leave this here.

Went in for some chips and they came out so nice and warm. Also, got a fountain drink which is something Mcdonald's and others are phasing out so its comfy to stay and be hydrate :)

They literally had NOTHING at 2pm middle of the day. And whatever I did manage to
put together in a bowl tasted like yesterday's leftovers. Never again. Whoever is running this place should be ashamed.

Came here yesterday to get some food snd i csnt believe this. Food didnt hsve any flavor at all very bland food. When i ordered a bowl with extra rice and double chicken i got a small amount of chicken. I payed for double and only got one serving of chicken.

Absolutely lazy staff and manager didn't intervene to assist the employee or customer. Citrus lime dressing refused to refill while item was in the back. Guacomole was brown. Employee not wearing name tag. No rating visible.

I ordered food here and it just was terrible. I got double charged I can’t believe I had to go through this. Portion sizes were small. Double charged for nothing. Service was okay but this is insane!

Where to start. It’s gross inside. There’s a reason behind their B health grade rating. The way the employees make the bowls is haphazard and as if they’re serving slop in a prison. Again, the B health rating is all you need to know about the pride their management takes in this place. I’ve never seen worse manners from people. Every employee has the nastiest attitude and makes it’s extremely uncomfortable and unwelcoming to come in there. They always close early, at least a half hour before the designated time on their signage or Google business hours. The soda machine somehow is always not working anytime I’ve gone in there. Go somewhere else. Clearly the owner and management doesn’t care so. Case in point, notice in other reviews, I’ll be waiting for the generic response to be copy and pasted into my review with a case number so they can “track” it as I’m assuming they do for all the bad reviews. Clearly this place isn’t getting better. Do better Qdoba.
