The Ralph’s is Greatkills is definitely one of a kind! We moved from Greatkills to the north shore & we won’t ever go anywhere else! They offer a new ice cream dish - Pick 6 scoops of different flavored ice cream or ice for only $10 !!! What made our visit even more special was the gentleman named Tom—he was so kind and patient with my kids, making them smile and feel welcome. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about customer service like he does. Thank you, Tom, for making our visit such a great one— worth the drive EVERY-TIME !! We’ll definitely be back!

My go to is watermelon and lime. They offer a rewards program too.

Great establishment and staff here at this location. The server took her time to make our shakes and ice cream. Made them look like it was for a magazine. Great clean location with a lot of different items on the menu. This is a must try if you haven't stopped by this location. Can't wait to stop by agian. Everything was absolutely delicious
