Very frustrating that employees decide to close 10 or 15 sometimes 20 minutes early even though Google clearly says 1030 every day

I always go here when I'm in Staten Island and think about it when I'm not! The best Italian ice around with the most flavor options I've ever seen! Plus they have ice cream and milkshakes! A must visit when you're in the area!!
Ralph’s ices are awesome. I didn’t know I still liked ice until a guest brought it to our home. We’ve discovered they are superior to the other well-known ice retailer on Staten Island. Ralph’s spumoni ice is so creamy. It’s my favorite.

Great selection and very good tasting cream ices. Service is a little slow but you can't be in a rush when you come here. Just hanging out and waiting around as part of the experience. I look forward to going back many times this year as I have in the past

Best Italian ice I've ever had. The ice cream is pretty good too. Can't wait to return and try more flavors. Great helpful staff.
LOVE Ralph’s, one of the few Staten Island treasures. Personally feel even their small is a nice serving. This location almost always has a line but great kids working and a wide variety of the cream and water ices plus ice cream and a fan of the shakes!
Grear ices
Many different flavors to choose from always have what I want lines here move pretty fast. I had ten people in front of me, and it only took 5 minutes to get to the window to make my order . That's fast service
