Best Italian ices location in all Staten Island, NY.

Great selection and very good tasting cream ices. Service is a little slow but you can't be in a rush when you come here. Just hanging out and waiting around as part of the experience. I look forward to going back many times this year as I have in the past

Best Italian ice I've ever had. The ice cream is pretty good too. Can't wait to return and try more flavors. Great helpful staff.
LOVE Ralph’s, one of the few Staten Island treasures. Personally feel even their small is a nice serving. This location almost always has a line but great kids working and a wide variety of the cream and water ices plus ice cream and a fan of the shakes!
Grear ices
Many different flavors to choose from always have what I want lines here move pretty fast. I had ten people in front of me, and it only took 5 minutes to get to the window to make my order . That's fast service

When you come from Maryland and can't go to Brooklyn for spumoni Ralph's really delivered I was thoroughly surprised and enjoyed it very much

Your price increase and size decrease is a turn away.
They got rid of Rainbow Cookie, the best flavor, at this location. Everyone I know says that Rainbow Cookie is their favorite flavor. This location used to have so many flavors and now it cut back so much and don’t carry all the best flavors.
We all got jelly ring and key lime pie ices. No jelly rings in the jelly ring ice and zero pie crust in the key lime pie ice. Ralph’s as a whole has really gone downhill
