We've been going here for a year and a half and it was always great - was being the key word here. Since February, service has been slow, food takes long to come out, and today the lobster salad roll I ordered was bad. I sent it back and they didn't even seem apologetic about it. They don't give the hot towels to you anymore when you sit down. Staff seems harassed and uninterested. We will not be going back.
