Shake Shack is located in an outdoor mall that has lots of vacant shops. Air conditioning was nice on a hot day. Their fries are very yummy, had a hamburger and a lemonade too. All good. Food took a while to come out but we had the time to wait.
The only “restaurant” in the outlet, we made a brief stop to grab a bite to eat.
I don't recommend the hot dog, very small without sauce without onions or anything else, a small sausage in a bun the size of a bun 😅
The burgers, on the other hand, are generous and apparently very good.
No waiting on our side, served quickly.

Exceptional customer service from Stecy Burel the young lady manager cashier who gave me invaluable information. Her very accommodating questions and awesome personal affect made me appreciate her taking my order when it was crowded from overflow of Staten Island Half Marathon runners. I didn’t want to order. Stecy Burel’s welcoming, time efficient manner (not rushing yet she would assist with getting accurate orders and dealing with multiple requests from all types of customers...
