Place is always super crowded, even when you mobile order you have to wait. I get it, the staff does what they can but seriously how can you have 2 people working at a STARBUCKS in the mall on a Saturday? They need to hire more workers.
The service attitude was very good. I wanted to place an order on my mobile phone, but the card didn't have enough money. Then I took my mobile phone and showed her the drinks and ingredients I wanted to buy, and she quickly helped me complete the order!
Caitlyn is the best- she was very attentive, kind and understanding, all the baristas are great at their job, all while being kind which means a lot in this world. This Starbucks can get busy especially around the holiday season, I have debilitating anxiety so I usually avoid it, but my interaction today will bring me back!
