i ordered a hazelnut shaken espresso with oat milk and chocolate cold foam. they gave me a hazelnut iced coffee with whole milk that messed up my stomach instantly . didn’t add my chocolate cold foam but instead gave me some cookie crumble on top. unfortunately i was in a rush to catch a boat i didn’t have time to complain about the foam but the coffee had WHOLE milk. i asked with oat for a reason. never ever will go there again. mind you they charged me for the drink that i wanted yet gave me some bs coffee

Well online it says it opens at 8am on Saturday and it’s 10:39am and the girl inside told me they open at 11am

Despite of the effort we spent to navigate the place, we enjoyed the view and service so much

I stop here in the morning before catching the ferry and the staff here, specifically Imani, Adriana and Jelissa are the most polite and helpful Starbucks staff I’ve encountered. If an item is out of stock they will recommend the closest option to what you are looking for, if a customer isn’t happy they will try to make it right and do so with a smile. I've been to locations all over Staten Island and Manhattan and I just want to say this Starbucks location is where I would prefer to start my morning due to the committed staff and positive atmosphere they have created.

This Staten Island Outlet Mall store design is pretty good. Overall, it is better than many other Brooklyn branch stores.

5.79 for a blob of milk that remotely reminded me of what was supposed to be a latte. Barista was a kind guy, can somebody teach him to make a latte?

They got my order wrong and didn't care. Women straight up said well this is what you paid for and walked away and would not answer my second question completely ignoring me. Rudest service I have had in my entire trip here in New York City (everyone else is nice despite what they say about New York people). 100% do not recommend this place.

The place is very dirty, the atmosphere is terrible and the staff lacks a lot of training and education, very unpleasant experience, compared to other Starbucks this is one of the worst locations, I do not recommend buying the potatoes from bags, they are full of grease that was very unpleasant. Nausea, I think this is a robbery

Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy to ask but I do not recommend this location

Great place. It was my first time going to Starbucks. The coffee was way too sweet for my liking but overall it was an interesting experience. The staff was very polite. Furthermore the service was extremely quick. In conclusion, I am not much of an advocate for the stuff Starbucks dares to call "coffee" but the experience as a whole was surprisingly enjoyable.

After a very shaky couple of years this place was actually running pretty well for a while but seems the new owner (this is a franchise) has fallen asleep again. No coffee, twice in 2 weeks. That’s right folks — literally a Starbucks where you can’t get coffee. Apparently the machine keeps breaking and even though this is the most expensive Starbucks in the US (that I’ve visited) the owner won’t take care of it. They offered me a tall Americano as replacement — $5.85 lol. Staff is very nice, though.

The ability to look at the shoreline is very relaxing. If you want a more relaxing visit go between school hours. The teens tend to be rambunctious.

Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic door entry.
