The place is very dirty, the atmosphere is terrible and the staff lacks a lot of training and education, very unpleasant experience, compared to other Starbucks this is one of the worst locations, I do not recommend buying the potatoes from bags, they are full of grease that was very unpleasant. Nausea, I think this is a robberyWheelchair accessibility: Very easy to ask but I do not recommend this location

Great place. It was my first time going to Starbucks. The coffee was way too sweet for my liking but overall it was an interesting experience.The staff was very polite. Furthermore the service was extremely quick.In conclusion, I am not much of an advocate for the stuff Starbucks dares to call "coffee" but the experience as a whole was surprisingly enjoyable.

After a very shaky couple of years this place was actually running pretty well for a while but seems the new owner (this is a franchise) has fallen asleep again. No coffee, twice in 2 weeks. That’s right folks — literally a Starbucks where you can’t get coffee. Apparently the machine keeps breaking and even though this is the most expensive Starbucks in the US (that I’ve visited) the owner won’t take care of it. They offered me a tall Americano as replacement — $5.85 lol. Staff is very nice, though.

The ability to look at the shoreline is very relaxing. If you want a more relaxing visit go between school hours. The teens tend to be rambunctious.Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic door entry.

This location is the absolute worst. I ordered a white hot chocolate with whip and praline topping. They hand me a white hot chocolate, no whip and no topping. The drink is spilling over the cup. I ask the girl to remake the drink (it was literally pouring over the cup. After giving me an attitude she hands me a cup (half whip and half whatever liquid) I take a sip just discover she gave me a praline latte. I just left at that point. Please get better staff.

This Starbucks either always have the mobile app ordering down, out of items, or closed. And when the mobile ordering does work, the order is never how it’s specified to be made. Workers too busy talking and roaming around.

It's definitely a Starbucks lol. My service was fast and friendly. Nothing to complain about. I didn't try the mobile ordering here, but there were a couple drinks already ready for pick up. Spacious interior, but it gets filled up with high schoolers during the week especially after 4pm.

Give Them girls a raise!!!They deal with nasty, disgruntled, disrespectful, inconsiderate people who treat them less than a human being. All because the customers who frequently come to this store have a poor sense of time management and make poor choices, which in turn causes them to run late.Even though they get treated poorly during the morning rush. They still push through the high demand of service and get the job done.I have never had a bad interaction with anyone who works in this store and nor have I ever been met with anything less than a happy and pleasant attitude. No one deserves to be treated poorly.

I come here often since it’s the closest Starbucks . I always order same simple coffee , half time coffee is room temperature, which I always ask just steam it up, whatever, even though it’s bothers me that they can’t give me hot coffee for the price I’m paying. Stuff is ignorant and careless. Today was the final straw, I ask for just coffee and mentioned that I had to catch the ferry, they took my payment and started to brew it , when I said I have no time to wait and they should have say that they don’t have coffee and it will take some time! I had to leave without it, and didn’t have time to get my money back. Sooo disappointed and upsetParking: Easy

Worst service I've ever experienced, I manage a restaurant I understand the industry, I understand being short staffed. When you're short staffed you jump in and HELP YOUR EMPLOYEES! YOU DONT GET OFF THE LINE AND ASK CUSTOMERS TO HIRE YOU FOR ANOTHER JOB. "It's one dollar more, I'll send you my resume by 5 o'clock latest" I waited over an hour for two coffees, while the manager was trying to get hired for a new job through customers. I placed my order at 8:30, I left Starbucks at 9:10. I'm sorry but there is no team work with this management, I feel horrible for the poor barista.
