The baristas can be hit or misses. Today I came in to order and waited for 10 minutes while the two baristas available were ignoring me doing other mundane tasks. The store had only one other customer waiting for their drinks and it was early in the morning. They didn’t acknowledge me, just kept looking at me while rolling their eyes.
Staff not friendly, I got what I didn't order, maybe I was speaking Mandarin, although the beverage itself wasn't bad.
As a former Staten Islander who retired as a NYC Public School Teacher for District 2 and 31, I am happily retired corporate consulting for all my friends and family who own mom and pop stores and franchises- ie: Chipotle, Zambelli Fireworks, Artichoke Pizza, Goodfellas Pizza of SI......I am happy to say that this particular location at the Empire Outlets by The Staten Island 🏝 Ferry, all of their baristas and managers are well-trained, positive vibes all day, that this is...read full review
