The tomato was overripe and didn’t taste fresh. The sandwich also wasn’t toasted enough, which made the overall experience disappointing.

This place is very disturbing as the workers discriminate against coupons and they refuse to service individuals with disabilities and they barely speak English. They are Indian’s refusing service and not even speaking properly is very unprofessional please shut down this location or hire better employees!!
Doesn’t take online orders. Acts like store is closed if they don’t want to serve you

As a regular at the St. George Ferry Terminal, I opted for breakfast at Subway. Regrettably, the experience was underwhelming. The ingredients were lackluster, making it unjust to receive a sandwich that lacked freshness. The food quality was notably poor; my $13 egg and steak sandwich had barely any steak. Service suffered due to an overburdened employee who seemed unhappy with his job. Hygiene was neglected, alarming for a spot in a bustling tourist area. The ambiance was dreary, with outdated decor and dim lights, suggesting neglect from management. The claim of being “one of the last standing restaurants in St. George Ferry Terminal” is puzzling and adds to the concern.

Typical Subway food, except its pretty slow as its a busy terminal and there is a lot of people going through and mostly tourists so people don't know what they want and hold up the line.

I come to this subway regularly before and after work but today I walked in and said hi to a guy behind the window , he looked at me then immediately looked away. I said hi again a bit louder and he still ignored me. So I as I was leaving I saw a girl working. SWEETEST GIRL EVER. She actually acknowledged me and made sure I had everything I wanted. At the end I asked her if the tip goes to her or everyone. She said everyone so I wasn’t able to tip her at that moment. But when I see her again I definitely will.
The food was weak and when he charged me he put the. Tipping 21℅ treacherously is not good people
Worst subway in nyc. They charged me extra for refill plus they cut corners on putting veggies in subway

More expensive than other subway franchises, cold demeanor and rudeness from staff. I was also left waiting while the staff member talked to her friend working next door instead of taking my order.
