5 stars for employee Brian, who went above and beyond last week to compensate and help with an order issue (we ordered breakfast and waited 20 mins for the order to come out, but none of the employees came out to tell us that the order was cancelled - as they no longer serve breakfast- despite us being the only customers in the store). Naturally, I was extremely annoyed that my time had been wasted but Brian immediately dissipated my heightened emotions with his composure, patience...

Had to keep repeating order which was fustrating When I get home find that my Cantina chicken bowl was mostly lettuce,very little chicken (they charged me double chicken), and no black beans. Tried calling them, and no one would answer, (they would also disconnect.I am very disappointed with the Taco Bell on Forrest Avenue on Staten Island

Don’t go through the drive thru, it’s always chaotic and you’ll end up waiting a really long time, in fact don’t come here during rush hour dinner time. Food is great because taco bell is great, but sometimes stuff is wrong. Just double check your order before you leave. Go to the richmond or new dorp location if you have the time .
